Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of fragrance materials, samples, essential oils, attars, custom formulations, white-label products, and made-to-order production, returns and refunds may not be accepted once an order is confirmed, customized, dispatched, opened, used, or produced.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of verified damage, wrong item dispatch, or manufacturing defect, subject to review.
Cancellation requests may be considered only if work, sourcing, sampling, packaging procurement, or production has not started.
11. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines depend on product availability, production status, courier service, destination, and logistics conditions.
Tirvafragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details, client-side delays, weather, transport disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
For international orders, clients are responsible for applicable customs duties, import requirements, taxes, and product regulations in their country.
12. Product Claims & Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their final product, packaging, website, marketing material, and product claims comply with applicable laws and category requirements.
This includes claims related to aromatherapy, wellness, natural ingredients, skin safety, therapeutic benefits, sustainability, vegan status, performance, or ingredient origin.
Tirvafragrance may provide fragrance-related guidance, but final responsibility for product claims, labelling, testing, and regulatory compliance lies with the brand or seller of the final product.
13. Raw Material Use
Fragrance raw materials, essential oils, attars, aroma ingredients, and concentrates may be intended for professional formulation use.
They should not be applied directly on skin, hair, clothing, candles, incense, cosmetics, or consumer products without proper dilution, testing, and safety evaluation.
The buyer is responsible for correct storage, handling, dilution, formulation, labelling, and final product safety.
14. Limitation of Liability
Tirvafragrance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, business, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, samples, raw materials, custom fragrances, or production services.
This includes losses related to product launch delays, formulation misuse, incorrect claims, third-party disputes, packaging errors, regulatory non-compliance, or market response.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service involved.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
