Tirvafragrance works with fragrance raw materials, essential oils, attars, custom fragrance development, white-label fragrance manufacturing, aromatherapy blends, scented gifting products, and fragrance-led lifestyle products.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the type of order, product availability, production stage, destination, courier service, and project requirements.
1. Order Processing
Ready-stock products are usually processed and prepared for dispatch after order confirmation and payment verification.
For custom fragrance development, white-label manufacturing, bulk gifting, made-to-order products, raw material sourcing, or production-based orders, dispatch timelines will be shared separately based on the project scope.
Orders are processed on working days, excluding Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays, or operational closures.
2. Dispatch Timelines
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the product or service ordered.
Approximate timelines:
- Ready-stock products: Usually dispatched within 2–5 working days
- Samples: Usually dispatched within 3–7 working days, depending on availability
- Custom fragrance trials: Timeline depends on development stage and project scope
- White-label / private-label production: Timeline will be shared after final approval and payment confirmation
- Bulk gifting orders: Timeline depends on quantity, customization, packaging, and production requirement
- Raw materials / essential oils: Dispatch depends on stock availability, sourcing, and order quantity
Any timeline shared by Tirvafragrance is an estimate and may change due to raw material availability, packaging delays, production requirements, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Within India
We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Delivery timelines depend on the delivery location, courier serviceability, order size, product type, and shipping restrictions.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–7 working days
- Other cities and towns: 5–10 working days
- Remote or non-serviceable locations: May take longer
These timelines are approximate and may vary.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, product weight, location, packaging requirement, courier partner, and shipping method.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
For bulk orders, white-label projects, raw material shipments, or customized production, shipping charges may be calculated separately.
5. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products and projects, subject to feasibility, courier regulations, customs rules, and product restrictions.
Certain fragrance products, alcohol-based items, essential oils, aroma compounds, and raw materials may have shipping restrictions depending on the destination country.
For international shipments, the client or buyer is responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Local regulations
- Documentation requirements
- Product clearance
- Any additional charges at destination
Tirvafragrance is not responsible for delays, rejections, duties, penalties, or restrictions imposed by customs or international courier partners.
6. Tracking Details
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other available communication method.
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including name, phone number, address, PIN code, landmark, and any required delivery instructions.
Tirvafragrance is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-origin, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
8. Delays in Delivery
While we try our best to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather conditions
- Transport disruptions
- Public holidays
- Strikes or local restrictions
- Incorrect address details
- Remote location serviceability
- Customs clearance for international orders
- Raw material or packaging delays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Tirvafragrance is not responsible for delays caused after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.
9. Damaged or Leaking Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please share:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos/videos of the damaged product
- Unboxing video, if available
- Courier label image
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
After review, Tirvafragrance may offer a replacement, partial replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution depending on the case.
10. Missing Items or Wrong Product
If you receive a wrong product or any item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear images/videos of the package received.
After verification, we will take appropriate action.
11. Bulk Orders & Custom Projects
Shipping for bulk gifting, custom fragrance development, private-label manufacturing, white-label production, and B2B orders will be handled according to the agreed project scope.
Dispatch timelines, packaging, delivery method, freight charges, insurance, and logistics support may vary depending on the order size and destination.
For large orders, shipping may be arranged through courier, transport, freight, or client-appointed logistics partners.
12. Risk After Dispatch
Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier or logistics partner, delivery is subject to the courier partner’s process and timelines.
Tirvafragrance will support with tracking and coordination where possible, but we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, failed delivery attempts, or damage caused during transit by third-party logistics providers.
